Okay, last post, then I'm done taking up your friends page.
Because I managed to actually finish the last one, and do a pretty decent job, I'm going to attempt this one. We'll see. Ahaha.

Give me one of my characters and one of yours and I will tell you -- no matter how ridiculous or impossible the pairing -- how they end up together and what their first child is like.

Characters are listed here. Feel free to use old characters, new characters, anyone. Ahaha.

Chip and Elysa!

2010-12-11 10:44 pm UTC (link)
It took a couple weeks to get planned and actually follow through with said plans, but Chip and Elysa finally had their Friday gaming night. It was a tad bit awkward at first, but after they both got over their initial awkwardness they were able to actually open up and have fun. They had such a great time with the first Friday game night, that they made plans to go ahead and do it the next week. And the week after that. And the week after that. And pretty soon, Friday game night turned into Wednesday and Friday game night. Then Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday game night. And so on and so forth. Gaming nights started to turn into movie nights, dinner, and just general hanging out, date-like type stuff until it became quite evident that the pair was spending a lot of time together.

Chip wasn’t very experienced when it came to relationships, he was actually very horrible when it came to anything that had to do with the other sex in more than a friendship role. When friendship was passed up and it got into more romantic type of feelings toward the other person, he tended to default back to the awkward setting and that’s exactly what happened the more time he began to spend with Elysa. He started getting awkward, which caused her to become slightly awkward, which lead to less time being spent together. It was the opposite of what Chip wanted! He missed spending time with her. So, after a couple weeks without time spent together, gaming or otherwise, Chip finally forced himself to man up and ask Elysa out on a real date.

The date was… well, awkward. At first, anyway. They weren’t sure how to act around each other now that it was clear that they were on an actual date. It took about an hour or so, but the awkward tension eventually started to wear away, and they started to act like themselves around each other. And they had a good time, agreeing to go out again. Once they became an actual couple, the pair were basically attached at the hip. Nerdtastic. It only took about six months of officially dating for the couple to decide to move in together, though they debated on whether or not to get a new place or just have Elysa move out of her apartment and into the house Chip lived in, the one he inherited from his grandfather after he passed.

A couple years later, the pair was still going strong. Still in love, and growing more and more every day. Chip didn’t know what his life would be without her, and he’s finally come to the realization that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. Once he made that decision, Chip started planning this huge, elaborate proposal wanting to shock her. Which, he did. Bringing her back to his store one night, Chip had everyone there, waiting. He had people playing the both of them, acting out scenes from their relationship, from the awkward beginning to the current time, and got down on one knee at the end to propose. Like the huge cheeseball that he is.

Elysa accepted, of course, and they were married about six months later. Always having known that he wanted kids, as did Elysa, the two didn’t really waste any time in beginning to procreate. Their first child was conceived three months after they were married, born really close to their one-year wedding anniversary. It was a baby girl, named Leia, with pretty blonde hair and nerd apparel. And they had many other babies and lived happily ever after.

Christine and Ty!
[info]juiceortiz
2010-12-12 12:05 pm UTC (link)
A few years ago, back when Christine and Ty first met and first became friends, they made a pact one night. Of course, it was a night where Christine had dragged Ty out to the bar to get him trashed and laugh at his horrible karaoke skills, but still. The pact was made. Down the line, if they reached forty and were both still single and unmarried, they were going to get married to each other. Both drunk, they wrote up the agreement on a bar napkin in pen, both signing the bottom of it. The napkin got folded up and was buried in Christine’s wallet, just incase the time came that they’d ever need it again.

Their lives went on, they met people. Christine married Finn, Ty continued struggling in the relationship area. Neither of them ever really gave a second thought to the agreement they’d made so long ago, when they were both so, so hammered. Unfortunately for Ty, he was never really lucky in love. He had never been, ever since he was a teenager. He had a moral code, it wasn’t all that strict or anything, but he preferred to get to know someone before sleeping with them, and he just couldn’t seem to find the right kind of woman who wanted the same things that he did.

After being married for a few years, Finn and Christine decided that the whole married thing just wasn’t for them, and they split up. It was mostly because Finn couldn’t handle Christine’s internet porn addiction, but that’s privileged information. Both Ty and Alex were there for Christine as she coped with everything, which resulted in lots of nights out at the bar, getting hammered and singing horrible karaoke. It was one of these nights where Christine happened to be ruffling through her purse, looking for something to tip the bartender with, and she found the old napkin that was still folded up in her wallet. She and Ty had a laugh about it, both still drunk. Obviously they weren’t exactly thinking about anything other than alcohol at that point.

The next day, a sober (but very hungover) Christine found that napkin again, and read it over. Forty was right around the corner for both herself and Ty. Why the hell not? Meeting up for lunch, the pair talked it over for awhile, and finally decided to go ahead and just do it. They were going to get married. People didn’t necessarily understand it, why two people who had been such great friends for so long would marry one another, but in their eyes it just made sense. They knew that they could handle each other, they’d been friends forever. There had always been a little bit of an attraction there that neither of them had wanted to explore because they didn’t want to ruin their friendship. But they were going to get married.

Their friendship stayed intact while everything was planned, and the pair slowly started to ease into being a couple. And by the time they were actually married there were real feelings there, deeper then friendship feelings that they actually allowed themselves to feel and explore. And after being married for a couple years and realizing that they had actually fallen in love, the couple decided to renew their vows in a ceremony with only close friends and family as witnesses. Christine learned she was pregnant about six months after that, and gave birth to identical twin girls, both with a head of fiery red hair. They named the girls Alexandra and Erin, both named after their best friend Alex, who was in their corner the entire time.

Chip and Naomi! (part one)
[info]juiceortiz
2010-12-12 12:06 pm UTC (link)
It all started with their dorky dance fighting. Chip and Naomi started hanging out more often after that, especially whenever they would wind up playing Just Dance 2 and have dance competitions in Chip’s living room. Naomi enjoyed picking dances that would be slightly uncomfortable and embarrassing for Chip to do, just to sit back and watch him dance. Chip couldn’t really understand why Naomi enjoyed spending time with him and hanging out with him. He was a huge nerd, a big geek. She was waaaay out of his league. But he enjoyed the time they spent together whenever they hung out, so he didn’t really question it too much. Or, at least, he tried not to.

The more time that Naomi and Chip spent together, Chip was really starting to notice that what he thought had been playful flirting on Naomi’s end was actual flirting, and that she wasn’t just kidding around when she flirted with him. Of course, just like he always did whenever a friendship turned into something different where there were romantic feelings attached to it, Chip started acting awkward and pulling himself away from his friendship with Naomi. He wasn’t sure what she was doing, what she could possibly see in him. Sure, he had a lot of confidence when he was just joking around and having a good time, but that was all on the surface. His confidence level really was nowhere as high as he made it seem.

Naomi, of course, wasn’t letting Chip get away with the whole pulling away and distancing himself thing. She wasn’t going to let him just write her out of his life and stay in his comfort zone where everything was safe. She didn’t give up that easily. So, she kept coming around, hanging out in Chip’s shop with him. Sometimes things were good, back to normal. And other times Chip was awkward and weird. It all really depended on his mood. It wasn’t until Naomi stopped coming around for a few days that Chip really realized that he needed to make some kind of a move, otherwise he was going to lose her. And not only was he going to lose any chance he had at a relationship with her, but he was also going to lose her friendship. Which was something he didn’t want.

So, after giving himself a little bit of a pep talk, riling himself up, Chip went by to see Naomi. Of course, the second he saw her, everything he had in his head to say to her completely flew out the window and he stood on her doorstep, like a big dummy, grasping for something to say to her. A whole minute went by, and Chip was just about to turn around to walk away like the coward he felt himself to be, when he got some kind of a burst of courage, causing him to move forward and kiss her. Well, that’s what he had planned on doing, of course. In reality, he moved too fast and ended up slamming his forehead into hers, like the smooth criminal he was. After both of their heads stopped throbbing, they started laughing, and Chip finally made his move when they were both done laughing.

Chip and Naomi! (part two)

The nights they used to spend hanging out and playing dancing games turned into hanging out and making out, acting like a couple of horny teenagers, even if that wasn’t what the intention was when they made the plans. Things went on like this with them for about a month or so, not really having defined what it was that they were doing together. One night when they went out to dinner together, Chip dorkily (adorably) asked Naomi if she’d officially be his girlfriend. The pair then started actually dating. The first few months were strange, both of them trying to get into the groove of dating someone new. But once they got the hang of it, they were good. The couple actually dated for about a year and a half before they took that step of moving in together, even though they’d been spending most nights the past year or so going between each other places, and had stuff at each other’s place.

After moving in together, the couple dated for another year before Naomi was the one to pop the question. They’d been together for almost three years at that point, and she was beginning to get impatient. Laying in bed one night, Chip reading a comic book and Naomi reading a magazine, she just glanced over at him and took away the comic book, tossing it across the room. When Chip protested, Naomi shook her head, climbed into his lap, and asked him to marry her. Shocked, and kind of amused that she was the one that popped the question, Chip agreed on one condition: she go get his comic book from where it had landed on the floor. She had something else in mind, though.

The couple was wed about six months later, their first child conceived on their honeymoon. Nine months later, their son was born. Continuing on the tradition of his family, mostly in his grandfather’s memory, their son was named Charles Michael Davis IV, and they nicknamed him Charlie. Chip was so excited to be able to pass on the nerdiness to his son, and started teaching him about everything he needed to know before he was even old enough to understand it. His bedtime stories were always comic book related, even when he was still a newborn.

Brendon and Lisa!
[info]juiceortiz
2010-12-12 12:08 pm UTC (link)
(Since Brendon and Lisa are already together and most of their story is already known, I’m just going to start at the proposal. Because it seems dumb to write out everything for them when we already know it.)

After being together for three years, a rocky three years with many ups and downs, Brendon and Lisa finally seemed to have everything figured out between them. They were back together after one of the downs in their relationship, and they were doing well. Brendon loved her, he knew that she was it for him. They’d been apart many times, but always somehow found their way back to each other. And then having her show up at the resort, that seemed to be fate proving to them that they were meant to be together and that were supposed to be together.

Standing in the kitchen with Lisa on the night they were celebrating their three year anniversary, Brendon just couldn’t stop looking at her. She was beautiful, that much was obvious. He loved her so much, he didn’t want to ever lose her again. Brendon had been thinking about proposing to Lisa for awhile now, ever since they got back together. And he knew that he was going to do it. Hell, he’d even gone out and bought a ring. He just didn’t know exactly what the right moment was going to be to ask her. He wanted it to be right, he didn’t want it to feel forced, and he wanted to make sure she was going to say yes. Well, he didn’t think she’d say no, but he wanted to have that extra assurance.

Something about tonight just felt right. Brendon couldn’t explain it, he couldn’t describe it, it just did. So he proposed that night. In true Brendon form, too. It wasn’t an elaborate speech, nothing fancy. He just simply asked “Marry me?” and that was it. Lisa was shocked, she hadn’t been expecting the proposal, which wasn’t surprising since Brendon hadn’t been expecting to make it. But she accepted. The couple continued working at the resort for another year or so, finally moving back home to Seattle the next December and getting married then.

They hadn’t really discussed whether or not they wanted kids, or what they thought about the prospect of kids, so when Lisa announced that she was pregnant a year or so later, Brendon was terrified. He didn’t know how to be a father. He wasn’t father material. But they decided to go ahead and have the kid, they’d figure it out. Besides, they were back home and had Brendon’s family to help out. Nine months later, Lisa gave birth to a beautiful baby girl that they named Mallory. Brendon surprised himself with how attached he became with the baby right away, and it was very evident that she was a daddy’s girl pretty early on in her life.

Stephanie and Dylan!
[info]juiceortiz
2010-12-12 12:08 pm UTC (link)
(Writing these about couples that are already together is so difficult. I’m going to do the same with this one, I’m not going to go into detail about how they ended up together or anything, since it’s kind of pointless.)

Stephanie never expected anything to happen between Dylan and herself when he showed up at the resort that she was working at after leaving Orlando. Their friendship had picked up just where it left off, and that was that. But five years later, the couple was still together and stronger than ever. They’d since moved back to Orlando (mostly because Stephanie couldn’t handle the cold winters there) and had moved into a small house of their own. Stephanie had just managed to pull the funds together to open her own bakery, like she wanted, and it was doing pretty well. Dylan was working as head chef of a five-star restaurant, both of them successful in their lines of work.

The amount of work that went into running your own bakery was something Stephanie never foresaw, and therefore had been spending long, extended hours at the bakery after closing, doing paperwork and making sure everything was right. Doing just that one Friday night, Stephanie was back in her office, making sure that everything was ready. Realizing how late it had gotten, Stephanie started packing up her stuff to head home. She missed Dylan, she hadn’t seen much of him that week, and knew that he was supposed to have gotten home about six hours ago. She felt like a horrible girlfriend for how often Dylan had gone to bed alone the past couple months while she was getting her bakery off its feet.

Heading out of her office and into the main bakery, Stephanie had been ruffling through her purse when she noticed a faint glowing around her. Glancing up, she was shocked to find the entire bakery lit with candles. Sitting at a table in the middle was her boyfriend, a plate of cupcakes sitting in front of him. Stephanie couldn’t help but shake her head, it was definitely like her to get so caught up in what she was doing back there in her office to not even notice that anything was going on out in the bakery. And Dylan knew that. After sitting down Stephanie picked up one of the cupcakes and found a ring on the plate that the cupcake had been covering up. Dylan, of course, knowing that putting the ring in the cupcake would have been a bad idea. It took less than a second for Stephanie to accept the proposal, her mouth full of cupcake as she vehemently nodded ‘yes’.

Never ones to rush into anything, the couple waited two more years before they finally got married. Dylan’s restaurant catered the wedding, while Stephanie’s bakery provided the desserts and the wedding cake. It was a pretty big wedding, the kind of wedding that Stephanie had always dreamed of having. Neither of them were ready to even entertain the idea of having kids, even though Dylan’s extremely large family were asking when they were going to contribute to then numbers. Both Stephanie and Dylan had been working with therapists since returning to Orlando, when they knew that their relationship was getting serious, to get their OCD under control.

It took three years for them to be comfortable enough to start trying to have a baby. Stephanie was almost forty, it was time. A year and a half later, Stephanie gave birth to a baby boy that they named Chad. It was a challenge for them, but they made it work and were able to handle having a baby in the house. Stephanie found that it wasn’t anywhere near as difficult as she thought it was going to be.

Leah and Noah!

2010-12-12 12:09 pm UTC (link)
(Since these two are already together and already married… lmao. I really don’t even know what to do with them, so I’m just going to write up a little blurb on their first kid, I guess.)

Both Leah and Noah knew that they wanted kids eventually, but they wanted to enjoy married life for awhile before they went down that route. And they did. They enjoyed married life for two years before there was a bit of an oopsie that resulted in a pregnancy test taken in the bathroom in her office. When she saw the positive result, Leah wasn’t entirely sure how she felt about it. She knew that she wanted kids with Noah, that wasn’t an issue. The question was whether or not she was ready for it just yet. A lot had happened for her in the past few years, but was she really ready to throw away whatever freedom she had left?

After a long conversation with her mother, Leah was feeling better about the entire situation, and was able to let herself get excited. She left work early and headed to the job site that Noah was doing electrical work at. Texting him once she arrived, she let him know that she was there, asking him if he wanted to go to lunch. Nervous throughout the entire lunch, Noah could tell that something was going on, and when he finally asked, Leah couldn’t hold it in anymore, and she just blurted it out to him. Noah, not too surprisingly, was ecstatic. His excitement made Leah feel better about everything, and she made an appointment right away with an OB-GYN to have a more definitive test done.

Eight months later, Leah went into early labor and gave birth to a premature baby girl. Things looked bad for awhile, but she managed to pull through. Leah and Noah decided to name their baby girl Hope. Leah never knew that she could feel a bond that strong to another human being, especially one as tiny as their daughter was. After a few months in the hospital, they were able to bring Hope home and they began their life with a new little addition to their family.

Aileen and Andy!
[info]juiceortiz
2010-12-12 12:24 pm UTC (link)
(For these guys, I remember writing their proposals in that previous meme I did here, so I’m just gonna go off that, and then continue here for the rest of them.)

The couple was wed in Vegas that night, even though they knew they'd have to deal with a lot of problems once their family heard about it. They didn't care at that point, though... they just wanted to be together. Of course, once they got home and their families caught wind of what they had done, it was decided that they were going to have a second wedding, a real wedding, back home in Brunswick. It wasn't anything big, because Aileen didn't want big and flashy, that's not the kind of girl she was. It was a decent sized wedding, with lots of people that they loved. They didn't go on a honeymoon right away, mostly because they had pretty much just come back from Las Vegas. So they both returned to their jobs and began adjusting to married life.

Deciding to try for kids about a year after they were married, it took Aileen awhile to get pregnant. It just wasn't happening. After trying for about six months, Aileen was still having problems getting pregnant, so she went to the doctor to make sure there was nothing wrong with her. The doctors told her she was fine, that it would happen when she least expected it, but they could always try fertility treatments. That was not something that Aileen wanted, but she decided she could keep it on the back burner for a last resort, if they ever got there. Of course, just like the doctors suspected, the moment Aileen stopped stressing about not getting pregnant and thinking there was something wrong with her, it finally happened. She was very paranoid and careful the entire time she was pregnant, not wanting anything bad to happen.

She eventually gave birth to a little boy with a little mat of blonde hair, and his daddy's nose. Andy got to name the first boy, and they named him Ryan, after Andy's father.

Melissa and Ryan!
[info]juiceortiz
2010-12-12 12:43 pm UTC (link)
(Same with these guys. I wrote up their proposal here, and it's been forever since we've played them, so I don't really have a handle on them very well anymore. But I’m going to continue here for them.)

After Melissa agreed to Ryan's proposal, it didn't take them long at all to decide that they wanted to be married right away. They didn't need a big, huge wedding. That wasn't the way they were, and neither of them were really all that wealthy to be able to afford a big wedding. So they did something small, a few months later, and they went to Niagara Falls for their honeymoon, neither of them had ever been there. When they got back to Chicago and started their new life as a married couple, things were good. They never had any major problems. They fought every once in awhile, but what couple didn't? It was rare to find one that didn't fight. And it was never about anything that big, and they never went to bed angry at one another. They knew more than anyone else how quickly things could change. In the blink of an eye, everything could be different.

Ryan knew he wanted kids one day, but he just never really thought too much about it. He was completely shocked when Melissa came home from work one day and then told him over dinner that she was pregnant. He didn't even have the words to say. It took him a few minutes to actually process the information, but hew as excited once he got it. Opting to be surprised instead of know the sex of the baby, the couple was surprised months later when Melissa gave birth to a little baby boy. She'd been swearing all along that it felt like a girl (even though she had nothing to base teh feeling on), and Ryan believed her. Having had a back-up plan in his head, just incase it wasn't a girl, Ryan knew right away that they were going to name their son Nick, after Melissa's brother and Ryan's best friend that they'd lost. The couple went on to have a few more kids and live a happy life.

YES. Their first kid's name is Nick, I totally pictured that. Actually, for these two I had their kids pictured, lmao. I'm lame. Nicholas Ryan, Connor James (after his father and her grandfather), and Cassandra (Sandy) Mary (after his mother and her mother). Ahahaha.

I don't think you're going to be able to handle these. Ahahaha.

Ty/Alex (duh), Josh/Jason (muahahahaahajfrgu *chokes on evil laughter*), and Jason/Sophia (I figured I'd give you a hetero one, lol).

Ross and Chip. Mostly because they are the only two I can think of that have any interaction, but also because I want to make your life difficult by forcing you to explain the deep, passionate love between two heterosexual men.
